We handle cabling, access control, cameras and conference rooms for new builds, fit-outs and office moves, working with your contractor from the start.
We pull Cat 6 and 6A to desks, access points, cameras and displays, with fiber backbones between floors, labeled and tested.
Card and phone entry covers lobbies, suites and shared spaces, with each tenant kept to its own doors.
We size displays, cameras and microphones to the room and set them up for your meeting platform.
Switching and Wi-Fi are planned from the floor plan, and guest Wi-Fi stays apart from company traffic.
You can watch lobbies, entrances, loading areas and parking from your phone.
Monitored intrusion alarms arm on the same schedule the doors lock.
On a new build or fit-out, low-voltage is often one of the last trades priced and one of the first cut when the budget gets tight. Then it gets added back late, with cable fished through finished walls. We get involved at design, work from your drawings and coordinate with the GC, the electrician and the other trades, so pathways, backboxes and power are where the devices need them.
Moving offices? We plan the cabling, network, doors and conference rooms for the new space before move day.
In a multi-tenant building, one access control system can run the whole property while each tenant stays in its own space. Shared lobbies and loading areas follow building hours, tenant suites follow each tenant’s hours, and a tenant’s people open only that tenant’s doors. When a tenant leaves, their credentials go with them. Cameras cover the shared spaces the building owner is responsible for, and every drop, reader and camera is on the as-builts for the next fit-out.

At the design stage. With the drawings in hand, we plan pathways, backboxes, power and rack space with the other trades, which is far easier than adding them after drywall. If construction has already started, call anyway. We coordinate with your GC and fit the schedule already in place.
Yes. We walk the new space and plan cabling to each desk, the network rack, Wi-Fi, door access and conference rooms. Everything is installed and tested before move day, so your people can plug in and work on the first morning in the new office.
A system that is labeled, tested and documented. Every cable is labeled at both ends and tested, and you receive as-builts showing where each drop, reader, camera and access point is. The GC gets a clean closeout, and the building owner gets a record the next contractor can follow.
