Access Control
We install card, fob and phone entry on every door you need to control, managed from anywhere and tied to your cameras and alarm.
One team handles it all, from the first door survey to the final handoff.
We design and install access control systems for offices, warehouses, manufacturing plants, medical offices, cannabis facilities, retail and multi-tenant buildings. Card and fob readers go on the main entries, mobile credentials suit staff who never carry a badge, and keypad locks cover closets and back rooms. Every entry is logged, and a lost card is shut off from your phone instead of a rekey.
Replacing an older system? We reuse the locks, strikes and door wiring that are still in good shape, so the budget goes to the controllers and readers that need it.

We install three access control platforms and match the platform to the building, not the other way around.
Integrate access control with your cameras and alarm and they work as one. A forced door pulls up video from that door, badge swipes are paired with footage, and doors lock on the schedule the alarm arms.
Service agreements add twice-yearly access control checks and covered repairs. See Service Agreements.
For cameras, see Video Surveillance & Security Cameras, and for alarms, see Business Security & Alarm Monitoring. For AI at the door, see AI Security Systems.
We pick the platform that fits the building.
It depends on the doors, the sites and who manages it. PDK fits buildings that want cloud management with Hanwha video, Brivo suits property managers with many locations, and UniFi Access makes sense for buildings already on UniFi. The free survey settles it.
Yes. PDK works with Hanwha WAVE, Brivo with Eagle Eye and other video systems, and UniFi Access with UniFi Protect. Each badge swipe, forced door or door held open is tied to video from that door, so you see who came in without scrubbing through hours of footage.
The controllers make decisions on site, so doors keep working when the internet drops. Battery backup keeps readers and locks running through a short power outage. Each door is also set fail-safe, releasing when power is lost, or fail-secure, staying locked, depending on whether it is an exit or a secure door.
Yes. Each tenant gets its own space, shared lobbies and docks run on schedules, and new tenants are set up before move-in without a site visit. Companies with several sites manage every door from one account.
It depends on the doors rather than a price list. The reader and lock hardware, whether the frames and wiring can be reused, credentials, integration with cameras and the software all affect the cost. Some platforms carry a yearly software fee, and UniFi Access has none. The site assessment is free and you receive a quote.
