Pennsylvania
From our headquarters in Harmony, Warrendale is just past Cranberry on I-79.
Warrendale is part of Marshall Township in Allegheny County, at I-79 exit 75 and Route 19. Heading south from our Harmony headquarters, it is the next exit after Cranberry.
Much of Warrendale’s business sits in Thorn Hill Industrial Park, which it shares with Cranberry Township: industrial, flex and office space holding more than 100 companies, from manufacturers and pharmaceutical firms to robotics, tech and logistics operations. Buildings like these pair a front office with production floors, labs and loading docks, and each area needs its own camera views and its own door rules.
For industrial and flex buildings, we put cameras on docks, yards, gates and production floors, plus the lobby and parking lot. License plate cameras cover the gate and truck entrance. Person and vehicle detection keeps alerts to real activity instead of snow and headlights, and the outdoor cameras are built for Pennsylvania winters. Managers watch any building from their phones. Recording stays on site, and video is easy to search and export when you need evidence for an incident or an insurance claim.
Card and fob readers go on main entrances, production areas and labs, on PDK, Brivo or UniFi Access. Staff get only the doors their job needs, shift schedules lock doors on their own, and a badge swipe is paired with video from that door.
