Our Harmony headquarters is in Butler County too, a few exits up I-79.
Cranberry Township is a few I-79 exits south of our Harmony headquarters, in the same county. I-79, the Turnpike, Route 19 and Route 228 all meet here at one interchange, and the township’s business growth followed those roads.
Cranberry Woods Business Park holds corporate headquarters and multi-story office buildings. Route 19 and Route 228 carry retail centers, restaurants and hotels, and Thorn Hill Industrial Park crosses the line from Marshall Township with industrial, flex and office space. Much of that space is multi-tenant, so we plan each job around shared risers, landlord rules and the tenant’s move-in date.
Cameras cover office lobbies and entrances, retail parking lots along Route 19 and Route 228, and docks and yards at industrial and flex buildings. Video records on site, so an internet outage leaves no gap in recording. You watch from your phone, and in shared buildings each tenant or manager sees only the cameras they need.
Card, fob and phone entry controls main entrances, suite doors and after-hours access, with PDK, Brivo or UniFi Access. New tenants and new hires are set up from a browser, every entry is logged, and a forced door comes with video from the camera on that door.
