Video Surveillance & Security Cameras in Butler, PA

Our own technicians install commercial camera systems for Butler businesses from our headquarters in Harmony.

Security Cameras for Butler Businesses

Butler runs from storefronts on Main Street downtown to shops, yards and plants in Butler, Center and Summit townships and out along the Route 422 bypass. Each needs different coverage. A storefront calls for a clear face at the door and a view of the counter, and a yard needs cameras that can pick out a vehicle at night.

Our headquarters is in Harmony, down PA-68 in the same county, so the team that installs your cameras is close by when you need a change, a new camera or a repair.

Need doors, cabling or alarms too? See our Butler, PA page.

What We Install

  • CamerasWe pick domes, bullets, PTZ and multi-sensor cameras, indoor and outdoor, for the area each one has to cover.
  • RecordingWe size on-site recorders for how long you keep video and add cloud backup on the cameras that matter most.
  • Remote viewingYou see live and recorded video on your phone, for one building or every location you run.
  • AI detectionIt alerts on people and vehicles instead of every headlight and shadow, and lets you search by person or vehicle when you need footage.

See Video Surveillance & Security Cameras for the brands we install and how we build a system.

How We Work

  1. Survey

We walk the site with you, mark every camera location and check what each view has to show. The survey is free.

  2. Install

Our own technicians run the cable, mount and aim the cameras and set up recording and remote viewing.

  3. Document

Every camera is labeled and tested, and you get the as-builts and a walkthrough of the finished system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can cameras cover an outbuilding or a yard with no cable to it?

Usually, yes. A point-to-point wireless bridge can carry video from a detached building or a pole back to the main recorder, and a cellular recorder can cover a site with no internet. The survey tells us whether cable, wireless or cellular fits each spot.

Will the cameras hold up through a Butler County winter?

They will when they are chosen and mounted for it. We use outdoor-rated cameras with infrared for the long winter nights, mount them under eaves where we can to keep snow off the lens, and use AI detection so blowing snow does not set off alerts.

What upkeep does a camera system need?

Lenses need cleaning, firmware needs updates and recorders need their drives watched so footage is there when you need it. A service agreement covers scheduled system checks, updates and covered repairs, so you are not the one finding a dead camera after an incident.
